Our facilities were designed and constructed for research, development, manufacturing, testing and support of sophisticated optical, electronic and mechanical systems. Features include:

  • Specialized technology development laboratories
  • Precision optomechanical assembly and test centers
  • Surface-mount electronics fabrication
  • Optical fabrication and coating
  • Specialized production facilities supporting both advanded; cell-based, lean-manufacturing; and optical manufacturing
  • Areas for research and development, business development, logistics support and repair/overhaul capabilities, as well as support functions

In addition, we have a well-trained staff, experienced in providing complete system support from proposals and design/development through manufacturing, quality assurance and testing, and logistics. Our capabilities include:

  • Processes certified to ISO-9001/2000, MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858 and DI-9000
  • System performance modeling, validation and verification
  • Component/system test and integration
  • Support functions, such as installations, safety, documentation (e.g., test plans, manuals) and worldwide spares/repairs/overhauls
