Field Service Engineering
Following full system implementation, on-call ROI engineering technical services are available, as agreed to within a contractor engineering and technical services (CETS) contract tailored to the customer’s specific requirements.

ROI
has a fully trained, experienced and highly skilled staff of field
service engineers (FSEs) available for customer support and training.
All of our FSEs have military backgrounds. Training of aircrew and
maintenance personnel is the direct responsibility of the in-country FSE.
ROI will provide FSEs and design engineers as required to support system
integration, site activation and system introduction. ROI maintains
reconnaissance systems in the United States and in many foreign
countries within our world-wide support organization. ROI’s team is also
available for telephone, fax and email consultation.
